Re-Roofs
Tired tin, cracked tiles, rust you can see from the street, or a leak nobody can find. A re-roof takes the old roof off and puts new COLORBOND steel on, with new flashings, ridge capping, and fascia and gutter where they need it. We strip and re-sheet in sections, so the house is never left open to the weather.
Fascia and Gutter
Rusted gutter, sagging fascia, downpipes that overflow every time it rains. We replace quad gutter, fascia and downpipes in COLORBOND steel, matched to the roof or to the trim, and set to fall so the water goes where it should. Often done with a re-roof, just as often on its own.
Repairs and Maintenance
We find the fault and fix it: leaks, flashings, ridge capping, valleys, rusted sheets, and storm and hail damage, on any metal roof in the Bendigo region. Where a repair will not hold, we say so and quote the re-roof instead.

Most house re-roofs take a few days on site. It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, and the weather. We strip and re-sheet in sections, so the house is not left open, and we tell you the plan before we start.
What does a re-roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, what is coming off it and what is going on. We come and look at the roof, then give you a free, no-obligation quote. No pressure and no obligation to go ahead.

What warranty do you give?
Seven years on our workmanship, in writing. The COLORBOND steel carries BlueScope's own warranty on top of that: up to 36 years against corrosion to perforation on a lined roof more than five kilometres from salt water, with the paint warranted for up to 20 years.
What is COLORBOND steel, and why do you use it?
COLORBOND is BlueScope's pre-painted Australian steel, and it is what most new metal roofs in Australia are made of. It comes in a full range of colours, it is light, and it is made here. We only use Australian products on our jobs.
What is a licensed roof plumber?
In Victoria, metal roofing and guttering are licensed plumbing work, and a licensed roof plumber is the tradesperson registered to do it. Conner holds the licence and runs every job.
